This client is the national professional accounting body of India under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. The organization conducts an annual competitive examination to assess thousands of aspirants for the role of Cost Accountants.

We designed an end-to-end solution. The managed scanning and digitization of the hard copy forms into OCR-enabled PDF files insured painless data extraction. Two desktop applications, i-form and intellisplit were applied for data extraction and creation of homogeneous hybrid data. The roll numbers were assigned and aligned with the hall sticker numbers, by classifying them by location, examination centre, etc. A managed copying and printing service was engaged for printing hall tickets and hall stickers.
