We are looking for a Sales & Client Support professional with 1.5+ years of relevant experience to join our team. This is a full-time, remote role working in EST time. The ideal candidate will support clients throughout the order process while building strong relationships with clients and vendors.
Requirements :
▪ Relevant experience of 1.5+ years
▪ Full-time availability (EST working hours)
▪ Remote work mode
▪ Age is not a constraint for the right candidate
Key Skills :
▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
▪ Ability to build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships
Must-Have Skills :
▪ Experience in Sales & Client Support
▪ Ability to support clients with orders, approvals, and timelines
▪ Providing customer support via phone, email, and text
▪ Experience in the promotional products industry (preferred)
