▪ Will be responsible & for providing guidance to team members and addressing performance issues if any arise.
▪ Conducting performance reviews to ensure that employees are meeting company standards.
▪ Set goals, and develop plans for revenue growth.
▪ Prepares performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
▪ Maintains equipment by evaluating and installing equipment; developing preventive maintenance programs; calling for repairs; and evaluating and implementing upgrades.
▪ Meets all financial objectives by estimating requirements; preparing a budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; and initiating corrective actions.
▪ Managing a team of process associates to ensure that client satisfaction is met or exceeded at all times.
▪ Analyzing data to identify trends in customer needs or behavior patterns that may require changes to business processes.
▪ Developing and implementing new processes or procedures to improve efficiency or quality of service.
▪ Coordinating with all international Clients on a regular basis & and maintaining excellent business relationships.
▪ This is a full-time hybrid role.
▪ Previous experience in an e-commerce back-office role is preferred.
▪ Strong computer literacy skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
▪ Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
▪ Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
▪ Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
▪ Bachelor's Degree.
▪ Availability to work night shifts is mandatory.
