It employs 1000+ doctors and medical administrators, handles 10500 outpatient visits, and 120 admissions/discharges each day. 23 departments function cohesively to run this massive operation, each supported by modern healthcare equipment and IT infrastructure, and the large database managed by a Hospital Information Management System (HIMS).
Problem Statement
Data analysis is imperative to all businesses, including healthcare. The statistical data of patient admission and discharge, illnesses, recoveries, deaths weighted on parameters like ICD10 codes, age, gender and other demographic data had to be recorded manually, and this took a toll on the human resources as it was a critical and time-consuming task.

The integrated module for data analytics has intensive capabilities for data dashboarding and analytics. Integration of i-doc DMS with the legacy HIMS system of the hospital enabled the system to scrap data and content simultaneously from medical records, allowing to visualize and manipulate data in a responsive and easy to use dashboard.
