Requirements :
▪ Master’s/Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related fields.
▪ 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the tech domain.
▪ Skilled in Excel, Google Workspace, and BI tools like Tableau.
▪ Experience with Jira, Confluence, and project collaboration tools.
▪ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
▪ Excellent verbal and written communication.
▪ Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
▪ Familiarity with communication technologies/software is a plus.
Responsibilities :
▪ Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
▪ Drive process improvements and strategy execution.
▪ Conduct market and competitor research.
▪ Deliver clear reports, dashboards, and presentations.
▪ Collaborate with teams to solve problems and share insights.
▪ Contribute to policy, standard, and framework development.
